Booking Terms & Conditions

• During out-of-hours and weekends, appointment requests will be attended to as soon as we reopen.

• To secure your appointment for any colour services, a deposit is required for a smooth and convenient booking process.

• If you're a new client, please schedule a complimentary consultation through our online booking system before booking a colour service. This step ensures the best results, as techniques and colour choices vary.

• A skin test is mandatory for all new clients booking a colour service. This must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment for your safety and satisfaction.

• If the required skin test is not attended, we may be unable to proceed with your colour service, and a charge may apply.

• Confirmation emails can sometimes go to your junk/spam folder—please check there to avoid missing important updates.​
